Available exclusively on the Pro Plan, Kaya lives in your workspace as a persistent, intelligent partner.

How to Access Kaya

You can interact with Kaya in three ways:

AI Workspace: Click the "AI Assistant" tab in your project sidebar for a full-screen chat experience.
Floating Chat: Use the Kaya bubble in the bottom right of your dashboard for quick questions.
Command Palette: Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) and type "Ask Kaya..." to trigger an instant query.

Key Capabilities

1. Smart Sprint Planning

Kaya can analyze your backlog and propose a balanced sprint. It looks at:

Task Estimates: Total hours vs. team capacity.
Priority: Ensuring high-stakes work is handled first.
Assignee Load: Distributing tasks to prevent burnout.

Try it: "Kaya, help me plan a 2-week sprint with the highest priority tasks from the backlog."

2. Automated Project Reports

Stop manually compiling status updates. Kaya can generate structured reports including:
